What an incredible 2-week camp program we had at PlayfulMinds Respite+
The camps were filled with laughter, creativity, new experiences, and plenty of opportunities for the campers to simply be themselves. From games and crafts to outdoor adventures, social activities, and lots of play, brought something new every day. But the best part wasn't just the activities, it was watching the children connect, build confidence, try new things, and create memories together.
For some campers, trying a new activity was a big accomplishment, and for others, making a new friend or joining a group activity was special. We celebrated all of their wins, big and small.
More Than Just a Camp
At PlayfulMinds, we believe every child deserves a place where they feel welcomed, supported, included and understood.
Our camps are designed to provide more than just something to do during the summer, they create opportunities in small group settings for children to develop social skills, build independence, explore their interests, and experience the joy of being part of a community. And for families, camp provides meaningful respite and peace of mind knowing their child is spending time in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
A Summer to Remember
As we wrapped up the 2026, 2-weeks of camp, we are incredibly grateful to the families who allowed their children to be part of this extra special, summer experience. The smiles, laughter, friendships and little moments of success will stay with us long after summer is gone.
And this is only the beginning. There are more to come and we can't wait for the next opportunity to play, connect, grow, and belong, together.
